No Sugar Challenge Wrap-Up

Okay folks, February’s challenge was no sugar and HOLY COW it was hard! I want to say that I succeeded with the challenge but I kinda failed right around Valentine’s day. All-in-all it really was an eye opener to see how much sugar I could intake in one day without recognizing it. But now it is time for challenge #2, the March Menu Challenge!

Sooo… I have been planning to do the March Menu Challenge for a few weeks now. And I fully intend to attempt it. However, I’m a very busy person right now and I don’t always have time to cook! So I apologize if I partially fail.. again. But you know…. that’s life!

March Menu Challenge

I hope that you can all relate with what I’m about to tell you. I spend countless hours on Pinterest…. I pin so much stuff that I don’t even remember what I saved! Especially food! That being said…. I have officially declared March the month of menus! I will be making 11 of my Pinterest recipes (hopefully). I have 10 categories under my “Food” board. I tried to pick one recipe from each board but I couldn’t decide on one of the boards so I am throwing in an extra!

I would absolutely LOVE for you to join me and document your recipes! I would love to turn this into a recipe sharing event. You could even start out by trying one of my recipes here.

I think I will end up doing one recipe during the week and one during the weekend throughout each week of March. Like I said… my schedule may not work but I will do my best! I hope this helps me clean up my Pinterest boards a little bit, as well as add to my already massive collection of yummy recipes. Below is my calendar of recipes that I will be following. March 24th: Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken
March 29th: Pumpkin Mac & Cheese w/ Roasted Veggies
March 31st: Homemade Eggs Benedict
