GOALS FOR THE WEEK 3.26.18
Recap on last week’s goals:
- 10,000 steps a day is HARD
- I definitely ate bad food
- Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is worth it
- Drinking a lot of water makes me feel better
Last week I did not meet all of my goals last week but I definitely tried really hard to achieve them! I realized how much I take the elevator at work and I will be taking the stairs WAY more often. I also realized that getting 10,000 steps a day is really hard work when you have an office job but it is so important to get up and move around. I ate mostly healthy for breakfast and lunches last week but when dinner came around, I kind of just ate whatever was convenient. I also made a conscious effort to drink more water than usual and it actually made me feel so much more awake.
This week my goals are:
- 10,000 steps every day M-F
- 60 oz of water each day for 7 days
- Go to the gym 4 out of 7 days this week
Now that I am aware of how difficult it is to get 10,000 steps a day, it has become my mission! I WILL do it this week! I am including the water goal again because I need to be more aware of the amount of water I drink on during the week AS WELL AS the weekend, because I am so bad about it during the weekend. I have also included the gym this week. Last week and the week before I hardly went to the gym and I feel really crappy about it. I was doing so well and I got super busy and I let it all go down the drain! But, I have been walking every day at lunch on the treadmill at work. Anyways, let’s get to it!
