Life Update: March 19th 2018
Good Morning & a Happy Monday to everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! I had a busy weekend and I wanted to give everyone a little update on what’s going on in my life!
Update #1: I promised to do the March Menu Challenge and I failed miserably last week! So I want to let you know that I will be pushing everything back a week starting today so that I do not miss any recipes! Here is the updated recipe schedule:
March 24th: Copycat Panera Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
March 29th: Cheesy Mashed Potato Pancakes
March 31st: Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken
April 1st: Pumpkin Mac & Cheese w/ Roasted Veggies
April 7th: Homemade Eggs Benedict
Update #2: I did not make my recipes because Nick & I were too busy working on a little project of our own. We are excited to share it with you soon. For a sneak peek check out my instagram!
Update #3: I ate terribly over the weekend and I definitely didn’t work out or drink enough water either. So, I have set a few goals for myself this week to stay on track!
Goals For This Week:
- No crappy food
- Drink lots of water
- Don’t use the elevator at work
- Try to reach 10,000 steps a day
